Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely project updates.
• Lead project administration, ensuring contract compliance and backlog reporting.
• Manage project finances: cash flow, forecast, costs and expenses.
• Validate scope, cost and schedule; identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Oversee subcontractors and establish communication guidelines.
• Create and maintain project schedules with tasks and milestones.
• Travel 25-50% as required.
