Job summary

Trane Technologies in Sioux Falls, SD is hiring a Service Project Manager to oversee Service Turnkey and Large Repair projects in the South Dakota and Northern IA markets. You will manage project financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction, leading the project team and serving as the main contact for stakeholders.

The role requires HVAC retrofit knowledge, strong leadership and communication, and PM experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding HVAC retrofit, modification, repair & replacement projects in a Commercial / Industrial environment.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership skills, ability to convey technical concepts, organizational expertise, and communication.
• Experience with project schedules and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Support sales with quote preparation, project development, and proposals.
• Validate scope, cost, schedule via site walks and scoping meetings.
• Manage change orders and provide total solutions across business streams.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and develop communication plans with stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractor RFQ, awards, procurement, scheduling, and progress meetings.
• Manage project cash flow, forecasts, costs, and backlog reviews.
• Create and maintain project schedules coordinating subcontractors and teams.
