Job summary

The role requires 7+ years of maintenance experience and proven ability with Maximo and P6 scheduling, plus strong communication and leadership skills. Travel up to 40% may be needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years maintenance experience.
• 5+ years Turnaround management or Capitol project management.
• Extensive use of the CMMS (Maximo).
• Experience in executing detailed mechanical and electrical job plans.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all Air Liquide policies, including HSE and requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations/Maintenance for safe work permit scheduling.
• Plan and staff TAR execution; ensure budget, scope, and outage duration targets.
• Provide timely reporting on cost and schedule performance during TARs.
