Job summary

Olin is seeking a Maintenance Excellence Manager in Freeport, TX. The role focuses on developing and executing the maintenance excellence strategy to improve reliability, asset performance, cost competitiveness, and governance across routine maintenance, turnarounds, and capital activities.

The position partners with Operations, Engineering, Reliability, Procurement, and Finance to drive continuous improvement, optimize maintenance spending, and strengthen governance for safe, reliable plant

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 10 years in maintenance/reliability leadership in heavy industrial environments.
OR High school diploma with 15 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in chemical/industrial settings.
Experience managing budgets, governance, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive the site’s maintenance excellence strategy and standardize processes.
Improve planning, scheduling, and work management to maximize efficiency.
Advance predictive maintenance programs to improve asset performance and uptime.
Oversee turnaround planning and execution, integrating with capital projects.
Optimize contractor utilization and governance across maintenance activities.
Drive cost performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost-improvement opportunities.
Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor maintenance performance.
Lead maintenance excellence teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
