Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Project Manager for our HyCO Turnaround team in the United States. The role oversees turnarounds from scoping to close-out, develops funding documents, and manages budget, schedule, and stakeholder communications.

A strong safety mindset and experience in industrial environments are required. The position requires 7–10 years in maintenance/engineering, travel 30–40%, and a technical or construction management background.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent preferred.
• Professional Engineer preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines.
• Ability to travel 30–40% of the time.
• Experience with outages, exchangers, pumps, hydrotesting and pipe fabrication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned turnarounds across maintenance and capital projects from scoping through close-out.
• Develop funding documents, scope, budget, schedule, and execution strategy.
• Manage communications on schedule, budget, and progress with stakeholders.
• Understand operating plant and industrial environment; ensure quality standards.
• Drive safety programs and establish a Safety 1st culture.
