Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Project Manager to lead HyCO turnaround initiatives, overseeing scoping, execution, and close-out with a safety-first mindset. You will develop budgets, schedules, and execution strategies while coordinating with stakeholders across maintenance and engineering teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in maintenance/engineering, with outages or industrial project experience, and are prepared to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably in industrial outages
• Experience leading outages, exchangers, pumps, hydrotesting and pipe fabrication
• Professional Engineer preferred but not required
• Basic understanding of operating plant in an industrial environment
• Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time and pass refinery background checks

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned turnarounds events (maintenance and capital projects) through scoping, execution, and close-out
• Develop funding documents, scope, budget, schedule, and execution strategy
• Manage communications on schedule, budget, and progress with key stakeholders
• Drive Air Products safety programs and establish a Safety First culture
