Qualifikationen

• 10+ years’ experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably with industrial outages, exchangers, pumps, hydrotesting and pipe fabrication.
• Technical, Engineering, or Construction Management degree a plus, but not required
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Lead turnarounds events (maintenance and capital projects) through scoping, execution, and close-out.
• Develop technical funding documents, scope, budget, schedule, and execution strategy for turnaround events.
• Manage communications regarding schedule, budget, and progress updates with key stakeholders.
• Understand operating plant and maintain a safety-first culture, aligning with Air Products standards.
