Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support the HyCO Turnaround team, leading turnarounds and capital projects with a safety-first mindset.

You will scope, estimate, execute and close out large projects, develop funding documents, manage schedule and budget, and communicate with stakeholders. The role requires 7–10 years of maintenance/engineering experience, travel up to 30–40%, and a Professional Engineer preference.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in maintenance/engineering disciplines, preferably with outages, exchangers, pumps, hydrotesting and pipe fabrication.
• Technical, Engineering, or Construction Management degree a plus, but not required
• PMP Certification a plus, but not required
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned turnarounds events and manage all phases through scoping, execution, and close-out.
• Develop technical funding documents, scope, budget, schedule and execution strategy.
• Manage communications regarding schedule, budget, and progress with key stakeholders.
• Understand operating plant and have experience in an industrial environment.
• Drive Air Products Safety programs and establish a Safety 1st culture.
