Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for HyCO Turnarounds to lead safety-first, multi-phase projects from scoping through close-out. You will develop budgets, schedules, and execution plans while coordinating with stakeholders across the plant environment.

The role requires 10+ years in maintenance/engineering, PE preferred, and travel 30–40% depending on workload. Strong leadership and SAP/Primavera P6 skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines.
• Professional Engineer preferred.
• Experience with industrial outages, exchangers, pumps, hydrotesting and pipe fabrication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnaround events and manage all phases thru scoping, execution and close-out.
• Develop funding documents, scope, budget, schedule, and execution strategy.
• Communicate schedule, budget and progress updates with stakeholders.
• Operate in an industrial environment with a safety-first mindset.
