Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support our HyCO Turnaround team in the United States. The role focuses on leading turnarounds from scoping through close-out, developing budgets and execution strategies, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in maintenance/engineering, a PE would be a plus, and travel of up to 40% is expected. A strong safety mindset and experience in industrial environments are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably with industrial outages, exchangers, pumps, hydrotesting and pipe fabrication.
• Technical, Engineering, or Construction Management degree a plus, but not required.
• Proficient in common software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, SAP and Primavera P6.
• Professional Engineer preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned turnarounds and manage all phases thru scoping, execution, and close-out.
• Develop funding documents, scope, budget, schedule, and execution strategy for assigned turnaround events.
• Manage communications regarding schedule, budget, and progress updates with key stakeholders.
• Understand operating plant and industrial environment; drive Safety 1st culture on site.
