Job summary

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in maintenance/engineering, PE preferred, and is willing to travel up to 40% as workload requires. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Min 10+ years in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines; outages, pumps, exchangers, hydrotesting, pipe fabrication preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred but not required.
• Must be able to travel 30–40% depending on workload.
• PMP certification a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned turnarounds, including maintenance and capital projects, from scoping to close-out.
• Develop funding, scope, budget, schedule, and execution strategy for turnaround events.
• Communicate schedule, budget, and progress to key stakeholders; ensure safety programs are followed.
