Job summary

Evergreen Industrial Services Turnaround Group seeks a Field Supervisor I to lead industrial cleaning operations during refinery turnarounds, shutdowns and outages. You will supervise crews, ensure safety, and coordinate with client teams to meet tight schedules and quality expectations.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial cleaning and 2+ years supervisory experience, travel as needed, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of industrial cleaning in refining/petrochemical/oil&gas facilities.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in turnarounds.
• Valid TWIC and a valid Driver’s License.
• OSHA 30, Confined Space, HAZWOPER, Hydro Blasting certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned work scopes during turnarounds within tight timelines.
• Coordinate multiple crews across units and scheduling.
• Lead daily safety meetings and enforce safety standards.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and report status to management.
• Ensure 24/7 coverage and travel as required.
