Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks a Senior Manager for the Turnaround Office in Franklin, TN. This hands-on role supports delivery of the North America turnaround program, coordinating with the Turnaround Lead, program managers, and functional teams to track progress and drive execution.

You will translate priorities into actionable workplans, develop status materials, and ensure timely follow-through on actions across multiple initiatives.

• Experience managing high-visibility projects from planning to execution.
• Ability to develop leadership materials and executive updates.
• Experience tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple workstreams.

• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on execution support across priority transformation initiatives and designs.
• Develop initiative roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables with owners.
• Maintain trackers, action logs, and governance materials for progress reporting.
• Coordinate with program managers to keep progress against plan and resolve issues.
• Support governance cadences with timely updates and decisions.
• Create standard materials to report progress, governance, and value delivery.
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Analyze data to support delivery decisions and opportunity sizing.
• Contribute to business case, funding, and value-tracking analyses with Finance.
