Job summary

Mars Incorporated, based in Franklin, TN, seeks a Senior Manager, Turnaround Office to enable execution of North America’s transformation agenda. You will collaborate with the Turnaround Lead, TO Program Managers, and cross-functional teams to translate priorities into actionable plans and track progress across initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated ability to manage high-visibility programs, analyze data, develop leadership materials, and drive timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience managing high-visibility or strategically important projects from planning to execution is preferred.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities with data-to-recommendation skills.
• Experience developing presentations and leadership materials that communicate complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on execution support across priority transformation initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day centralized initiative tracking (milestones, risks, dependencies, actions, decisions).
• Support governance and team cadences with updates and inputs.
• Develop materials to report progress (presentations, status updates, governance materials).
• Coordinate with functional stakeholders to gather inputs and align on next steps.
• Drive accountability by identifying risks and execution gaps and engaging stakeholders.
• Conduct analyses to support delivery and decision-making (data synthesis, issue diagnosis, opportunity sizing).
• Contribute to business case, funding, and value-tracking analyses with Finance and program managers.
• Track actuals against plan and aid in triage to diagnose root causes behind benefits variance.
• Bring structured problem solving and continuous improvement mindset across initiatives.
