Job summary

Mutares SE & Co. is seeking a Transformation Manager to support portfolio companies in their turnaround journeys. You will establish business plans and drive implementation strategies collaboratively with management teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in transformations and restructurings, with strong analytical skills and business fluency in English. This position requires willingness to travel frequently across the US as part of an agile, motivated international team.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in transformations, restructuring or turnaround situations.
• Business fluency in English with structured communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio companies in turnaround journeys.
• Establish business plans and drive implementation with operations teams.
• Assess strategic decisions with local teams.
• Support acquisition and integration processes of add-on acquisitions.
• Establish management governance and reporting within portfolio companies.
