Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks a Strategic Transformation Program Manager to oversee the MSNA transformation portfolio. This temporary role focuses on governance, visibility, and execution across transformation initiatives in North America.

You'll partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are properly resourced and delivering expected business outcomes. The assignment runs through December 2027 with opportunities for involvement in portfolio

Qualifications

4+ years in transformation, portfolio management, strategy, or PMO.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management.
Experience with executive dashboards and analytics.
Ability to influence across senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the MSNA transformation portfolio repository.
Partner with Functional Transformation Leads and the NA Integration IDT to monitor project status and risks.
Analyze portfolio performance and provide insights, recommendations, and executive summaries.
Develop dashboards and reporting for NALT and NALT+ leadership teams.
Serve as a strategic business partner for key North America projects, ensuring effective project setup and governance.
Support the North America transition to the CBU model and related change management initiatives.
Collaborate with Enterprise Portfolio & Integrated Planning to prioritize and resource projects effectively.
Partner with Strategy Deployment & Performance to ensure ongoing alignment with the Mars NA Snacking strategy.
