Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in the United States is seeking a senior planning leader to own Accelerator's end-to-end Planning capability and drive system-wide improvements. You will guide demand and supply planning, MRP, and analytics, partnering with DT teams while delivering governance and a scalable operating model.

The role requires coordinating with SAP SCP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, and ERP/Analytics teams, plus mentoring planning analysts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Planning Technology, or related areas.
• Proven experience leading planning-related transformation or technology initiatives.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and business relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Planning capability roadmap across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, MRP, inventory planning, and analytics.
• Define future-state planning capabilities, processes, governance, and operating models.
• Establish planning KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization measures.
• Lead planning demand intake, prioritization, and roadmap decisions.
• Directly lead and coach Demand Planning and Supply Planning analysts.
• Collaborate with SAP SCP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, ERP, and Analytics teams.
