Qualifications

• Extensive use of Maximo CMMS.
• Experience with P6 scheduling and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong planning, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate TAR scheduling with Operations and Maintenance.
• Ensure TAR scope, budget, and outage duration are met.
• Plan and staff TAR activities; assess resource needs.
• Route FCOs, develop job plans, and manage Maximo work orders.
• Conduct daily TAR progress meetings and compile reports.
• Lead post-TAR lessons learned sessions.
