Job summary

Air Liquide Large Industries in Bayport, TX seeks a Turnaround Manager to lead turnaround and capital projects, ensuring safety, cost control and schedule adherence. The role requires extensive CMMS Maximo experience, advanced planning skills and the ability to coordinate with operations, maintenance, and 3rd party contractors.

You will develop job plans, manage P6 schedules, drive continuous improvement, and supervise field teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2 year associates degree in a technical field or technical training preferred.
• 7+ years maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of Turnaround management or Capitol project management.
• Extensive use of the CMMS (Maximo).
• Experience in the execution of detailed mechanical and electrical job plans.
• Proficiency in P6 scheduling tool.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for compliance with all policies including HSE and governmental requirements.
• Model safe behavior and promote safety culture.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance on equipment lock-out and safe work permitting.
• Plan and staff TAR execution; interface with HES, Engineering, Controls & Operations.
• Manage TAR delivery within scope, budget and outage duration.
• Resolve issues promptly to minimize impacts.
• Communicate TAR status concerns to Maintenance Center Manager.
• Drive engagement to align with TAR objectives and team.
