You will plan and execute PMs, lead RCA studies, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Requires 5+ years HV maintenance experience, ability to travel 1–10 days, and strong communication.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of plant high voltage or substation electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience in troubleshooting high-voltage motors and transmission equipment.
• Strong safety awareness when working around HV equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical assistance for high voltage motors and distribution equipment.
• Direct and oversee vendor repairs on HV equipment to ensure quality and adherence to Air Liquide standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance (PM) of electrical equipment during turnarounds.
• Develop detailed scopes for electrical projects and maintenance activity; coordinate technicians (Air Liquide and contract).
• Lead and participate in Root Cause Analysis and Vulnerability Studies; promote safety and reliability.
