Job summary

Qualifications

• Mechanical / electrical engineering degree required or relevant qualification plus 10+ years process industry experience.
• Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facilities and assets in compliance with governmental regulations and Air Liquide policies.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities at multiple sites and ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Lead the Maximo utilization effort and asset/work management practices.
• Develops and leads people through TAR SOP and performance management processes.
• Drives cost control, budget adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
