Job summary

Tricon-Residential is seeking a Superintendent to create and manage project plans for rehab and turn work on vacant homes within a Colorado portfolio. You will supervise in-house technicians and external vendors, resolve issues, and ensure quality control to meet company standards.

The role reports to senior management, mentors teammates, and requires a valid driver's license. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for timely project delivery and stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans for rehabilitation and turns on vacant homes.
• Oversee in-house technicians and external vendors to ensure quality and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and report progress to Senior Supervisor.
• Lead weekly status meetings with the team and stakeholders.
• Mentor direct reports and drive accountability to Tricon standards.
• Conduct quality control inspections on field work and ensure closeout meets requirements.
