Job summary

Tricon is seeking a Superintendent to create, maintain, and manage project plans and schedules for rehabilitation and turn work on vacant homes within a designated portfolio. You will oversee both in-house technicians and external vendors, resolve issues, and ensure quality control to meet company standards.

The role reports to senior management, mentors team members, and participates in weekly status meetings, driving timely completion of projects while upholding Tricon values and safety.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage project plans and schedules for rehabilitation and turn work for all vacant homes in the portfolio.
• Anticipate and resolve project issues and schedule difficulties; escalate when necessary.
• Direct and oversee work by in-house technicians and external vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of all rehabilitation and turn projects.
• Report progress and issues to Senior Supervisor; participate in weekly status meetings.
