Tricon is seeking a Superintendent to create, maintain, and manage project plans and schedules for rehab and turn work on vacant homes within a designated portfolio. You will oversee in-house technicians and external vendors, resolve issues, and ensure quality control to meet Tricon standards.

You will report to senior management, mentor team members, and participate in weekly status meetings. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma or GED are required; knowledge of Yardi is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create, maintain, and manage project plans and schedules for rehabilitation and turn work for vacant homes.
• Anticipate and resolve project issues and schedule difficulties; escalate when necessary.
• Direct and oversee in-house technicians and external vendor resources.
• Maintain accurate records of rehabilitation and turn projects.
• Report progress and issues to Senior Supervisor; participate in weekly status meetings.
