Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage project plans and schedules for rehabilitation and turn work on vacant homes.
• Anticipate and resolve project issues and schedule difficulties; escalate when necessary.
• Direct and oversee in-house technicians and external vendors.
• Maintain records of all rehabilitation and turn projects and report progress to senior management.
• Conduct quality control inspections on field work and ensure adherence to Tricon standards.
