Job summary

Tricon Residential is seeking a Superintendent to oversee rehabilitation and turn projects for vacant homes across designated portfolios. You will manage schedules, coordinate in-house crews and external vendors, and ensure quality control while reporting to senior management.

The role requires mentorship of team members, maintenance of project documentation, and proactive issue resolution to meet company standards, with travel to sites as needed.
