Job summary

Modern Grounds LLC is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive synthetic turf sales across residential and commercial projects. This role is 100% commission-based with unlimited earning potential, requiring on-site measurements, proposals, and closing deals with clients.

You will build relationships, conduct on-site consultations, present product benefits, and travel within your territory to meet sales targets. Training and marketing support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience, preferably in artificial turf, pavers, construction service and/or landscape industry.
• Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage own schedule.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients, including homeowners, businesses, contractors, and landscape designers.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs and recommend turf products.
• Deliver sales presentations and communicate product benefits.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Work independently to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Stay informed about product features, pricing, and market trends.
