Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in a retail environment.

You’ll engage with the local community to attract new clients, build relationships, and drive loyalty, supported by TurboTax marketing and tools. This is a non-exempt, on-site role with flexible hours.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Comfort with on-site, front-facing retail work a must.
• Willingness to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a retail setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and plan future tax steps.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement and outreach.
• Represent TurboTax as a proactive ambassador in local markets.
