Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while engaging with local communities to grow the client base.

The role emphasizes in-person service, professional licenses, and a strong emphasis on customer experience. On-site presence is required, with flexibility for weekend hours and proactive local marketing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional licenses (EA/CPA/attorney) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience with TurboTax or similar software.
• On-site work at TurboTax locations; ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax preparation and tax advice to customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and optimize taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community engagement and referrals.
