Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support to customers in person.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow the local client base, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and collaborate with local marketing efforts to make taxes approachable and empowering for the community.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active EA/CPA or attorney license with experience in tax preparation.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local client base and build long-term relationships through proactive outreach and community engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and assist clients with tax planning and edge-case scenarios.
