Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships.

You will engage the community, grow the client base, and work with TurboTax marketing support to deliver a standout customer experience. A license and PTIN are required, with 20+ hours weekly in a front-facing role.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN to file taxes currently held.
• State licenses, certificates, permits or bonds as required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hrs per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds.
• Provide future tax planning and personalized language guidance.
• Support local marketing and grow the client base in the community.
