Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. Onsite role involves in-person tax preparation, advice, and building local client relationships.

You will engage with customers, deliver accurate tax solutions, and contribute to growing TurboTax’s presence in your community while representing Intuit professionally in a front-facing retail environment.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador, serving as a local TurboTax face.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers with simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Engage in local marketing and grow the TurboTax client base with support from TurboTax marketing.
• Utilize TurboTax tools and resources to deliver accurate tax solutions in clear, everyday language.
