Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, building long-term client relationships and engaging with the local community. The role is non-exempt, onsite, with marketing and community outreach responsibilities, and opportunities to grow your local presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and marketing support.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, 20+ hours weekly.
