Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with local communities to grow the client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience or equivalent.
• Comfort working onsite at TurboTax locations, including Sundays or Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador, growing the client base through outreach.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns using TurboTax products.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
