Job summary

Intuit invites motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as year-round Retail Experts. You will work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers.

You will foster local client relationships, grow the TurboTax business in your community, and participate in local marketing with support from TurboTax teams. Onsite, part-time hours expected.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses or permits may be required.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete simple to complex tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Assist clients in person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.
• Build local client relationships and grow the client base with marketing support.
