Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to help customers maximize refunds and achieve confident financial outcomes. As a trusted community ambassador, you will grow the TurboTax client base, engage with customers, conduct discovery, and deliver a best-in-class experience while adhering to Intuit policies.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Must possess or obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience in-person and via available tools.
