Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and support customers using TurboTax products, while growing the local client base.

You will be a proactive ambassador in the community, engaging with prospects, delivering personalized tax guidance, and building long-term relationships. This is a front-facing retail role with a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for 20+ hrs/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Retail front-facing environment experience preferred.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
