Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail Expert team in California. You will perform in-person tax return preparation and advice at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, serving as a trusted advisor in the community.

You will build relationships, attract new clients, and provide excellent customer service while leveraging TurboTax tools and marketing support. The role is onsite with flexible hours, including weekends, and offers a robust compensation package.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) and PTIN in good standing.
• Minimum three years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and on-site retail operations are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Build and nurture local client relationships and drive community engagement.
• Deliver excellent in-person customer service and ensure a positive client experience.
