Job summary

Intuit is seeking dynamic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, helping them maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.

As a community ambassador, you will grow the TurboTax client base, engage with local prospects, and foster long-term relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax calculations and software/product support for TurboTax users.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and outreach.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and client-focused service.
