This role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and entrepreneurship to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will work on-site, provide full-service tax return preparation and software support, and apply tax knowledge to personalized guidance, empowering customers to achieve positive

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and front-facing retail tax work.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with simple to complex tax situations and optimization.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Use government sites, professional tools, and team expertise for accurate solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
