Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing your local client base and nurturing long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and growing the local TurboTax client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
