Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll serve as a trusted adviser to help customers navigate tax needs and grow TurboTax’s local presence.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support in person, engaging with the community and building long-term client relationships. This is a non-exempt, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience using professional software.

Responsabilités

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: Engage with the local community and convert prospects into long-term clients with proactive outreach.
• Provide Tax Expertise: Deliver hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers, covering simple to complex scenarios.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: Create a professional, empathetic customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
