Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return prep, tax advice, and software support, while building local relationships and growing the client base in your community. The role emphasizes in-person tax expertise, customer-centric service, and collaboration with marketing to attract new clients.

Qualifikationen

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred and strong tax prep experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates relevant to tax filing.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
