Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax – Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support.

You will build a local client base, nurture relationships, and collaborate with marketing teams to make taxes approachable in the community. This on-site, non-exempt role requires weekend availability and a customer‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 federal and state returns.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationship-building.
• Support customers in-person and via TurboTax tools and marketing resources.
