Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and support clients in person using TurboTax products.

Role focuses on growing the local client base, building long-term relationships, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while leveraging Intuit’s marketing and product resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license (deep tax knowledge preferred).
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN for filing taxes.
• Experience with professional tax preparation software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build local client relationships in the community.
