Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, building local client bases and trusted relationships.

Applicants should hold active tax licenses (EA/CPA/Attorney) and have 3+ years of returns experience, with a willingness to engage the community and wear a uniform. Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
PTIN required to file taxes.
Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Must be comfortable onsite at a TurboTax retail location, Sundays to Saturdays, part-time minimum 20 hours per week.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
Willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Interact with customers in person and via Intuit video tools.
