Intuit Careers is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, prepare returns, and engage with the local community to build trust and drive client loyalty.

The role requires active tax licenses (EA/CPA/Attorney), PTIN, and state licenses as needed, with 3+ years of experience handling multiple federal/state returns. On-site hours and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must possess PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as the on-site community ambassador and public face.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax returns across range of tax situations.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Assist in local marketing efforts and community engagement to grow presence.
