Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates hold EA/CPA/attorney licenses, have PTIN, and can commit to 20+ hours per week onsite. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with a strong focus on community engagement and customer education.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Have a valid PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week at TurboTax locations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local marketing and community outreach to grow clientele.
• Deliver customer-first service and explain tax concepts in approachable language.
