Intuit is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to walk-in customers while growing the local client base.

Ideal candidates have active professional licenses (EA/CPA/attorney) and 3+ years of tax return experience, with a focus on delivering a stress-free, personalized tax experience in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax filing experience (≥30 returns/season).
• Familiar with Circular 230 and related rules.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Comfort with tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a trusted ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns.
• Build long-term client relationships and referrals.
