Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You’ll prepare taxes, advise clients, and grow the local client base while representing TurboTax in the community.

Must hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license with tax prep experience and be willing to work 20+ hours per week onsite. English/Spanish bilingual is a plus; uniform required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses/certificates if needed.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with pro software.
• Familiar with Circular 230 provisions.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week.
• Willingness to build local online presence per policy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and front-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for clients.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build trust.
• Support driving client growth and local marketing efforts.
